We built Flow AI to change that: an AI Concierge that handles the routine intelligently, escalates the complex cleanly, and turns every customer conversation into structured business data.
What We Do
Flow AI builds custom AI Concierge systems that handle customer conversations automatically — answering inquiries, checking availability, managing requests, and escalating to your team when something genuinely needs a human. Every conversation is logged as structured data: what customers ask, how requests resolve, where things drop off.
Each deployment is configured specifically for the client's business, tested before go-live, and handed over in full. It takes 4 weeks. When it goes live, the code, data, and infrastructure are yours.
How We Work
Hands-On, Not Self-Serve
We do the build. We run acceptance testing with you. We go live when you're satisfied — not when a project timeline says we're done.

2 months of post-launch support included in every build. Production is where edge cases surface — we stay engaged until the system is stable.
Where We Are
Flow AI is an early-stage company. We're not going to pretend otherwise. Our first live deployment went into production in April 2026. We're a small team — every client gets the founders directly involved in their build.
